To ensure the safety of the structure and the smooth flow of the experience, the following items are prohibited: large bags and suitcases (no storage available on site), sharp or piercing objects, and food and drinks. Scooters, bicycles, and animals (except guide dogs) are not allowed. The area is strictly non-smoking, and the use of tripods or selfie sticks is prohibited to avoid interfering with the augmented reality experience. Any visitor carrying a non-compliant item will be refused entry.
No, there is no cloakroom available on site. As the Pont Neuf is a public space and the cave structure is temporary, there is no secure area to store personal belongings.
The tour will begin at the SPECS kiosk which is located next to the statue of Henri IV on the Pont Neuf. A map with exact directions will be sent to you via email before your visit. Signage and staff will be in place to help you find your way.
As the experience is indoors, visits are generally held regardless of bad weather. However, in the event of severe weather or strong winds, we may cancel for safety reasons. Please note that cancelled visits cannot be rescheduled or rebooked. We will notify all attendees via email or SMS before your scheduled time.
